Job Opportunity for Freelance Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Integrated Designer to collaborate with our team in creating visually stunning and impactful designs that meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and effective design concepts from brief through to completion, ensuring they align with client goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their marketing strategy and deliver high-quality results that exceed expectations.
  • Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies, leveraging expertise in photo manipulation to enhance visual quality and execution.
  • Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files to comply with correct output specifications, guaranteeing timely delivery and exceptional quality.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a digital designer with a minimum 4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, and idea generation.
  • Deep affinity with design principles, including composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, showcasing strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Extensive experience in photo manipulation and retouching, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual aesthetics.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative team player with a passion for innovation and design excellence.
