Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who can facilitate the releasing of loan checks while ensuring compliance with borrower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Informs clients regarding loan charges such as monthly amortization, deductions, penalties, net proceeds, and documentation requirements prior to release of loan.
  • Ensures borrowers comply with required documents prior to release of loan proceeds.
  • Checks the completeness, validity, and authenticity of all documents submitted by borrowers.
  • Facilitates signing of legal documents for borrowers as applicable.
