Job Title: AI Data Quality

With the rapid expansion of AI systems across industries, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of testing, training, and evaluation data is crucial.

Our team requires a skilled professional to architect and uphold high-quality annotation workflows that enable AI models to be built and evaluated on reliable data without compromising speed or efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Data Quality Analysts, set clear quality goals, provide feedback, and foster a culture of precision and accountability.
  • Develop and refine robust QA processes, SOPs, and statistical quality metrics (e.g., F1 score, inter-annotator agreement) to safeguard annotation integrity.
  • Drive transparency and insight by creating dashboards and reports that reveal quality trends, root causes of errors, and improvement opportunities; communicate insights to leadership and clients.
  • Champion tool innovation and efficiency by managing annotation and QA platforms (e.g., Labelbox, Dataloop, LabelStudio) and evaluating or implementing new automation tools to elevate efficiency and maintain quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and mentoring skills, as well as expertise in developing and refining QA processes. Additionally, they will have experience with statistical quality metrics, data annotation tools, and process optimization techniques.
