Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing instructional materials for training purposes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing effective learning needs analysis, course development, project management, and evaluation programs
  • Designing and developing entry and advanced learning materials
  • Using multimedia technology and AI tools to create engaging content
  • Leading skills development classes for employees
  • Updating existing training materials

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Education/Teaching/Training, or equivalent. A minimum of two years of experience in curriculum development or instructional designing is required. Knowledge of Articulate Rise and Storyline360 is an advantage.
