Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop training course materials using instructional design techniques and adult learning principles
  • Create assessments to evaluate and enhance learning effectiveness
  • Design and implement instructor-led and online training programs
  • Establish clear learning objectives for audience, behavior, conditions, and standards
  • Design various materials, applying fundamental research skills to instructional design projects
  • Evaluate existing training content across accounts and drive improvements in presentation and distribution
  • Develop and deploy Learning Projects, Games, Distance Learning Training, Motion Graphics, Computer-Based Learnings
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in creative use of instructional design technologies
  • Expertise in adult learning and all aspects of instructional design for various formats, including instructor-led, eLearning, mobile, and performance support
  • Strong project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, manage heavy workloads, and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with Instructional Design software such as Storyline and Captivate
  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Hands-on experience with mobile devices, computers, digital cameras, televisions, home audio, and appliances preferred
  • Understanding of next-generation technologies related to cloud, mobile, social, or big data
  • Administrative duties, including submitting IT tickets and managing data
  • 2+ years' experience applying instructional design and adult learning methodologies to development and implementation of web-based training and other instructional materials
  • Alternatively, 2+ years' experience in a related creative professional field (web development, graphic design, animation, videography)
