Job Summary:

The Business Development and Collections Expert will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring timely collections. This individual will play a critical role in promoting our products, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly collection objectives, expand our customer base, and increase revenue.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Collections and Cash Flow Management: Oversee the collection of outstanding accounts, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely remittance of collected funds to support smooth cash flow operations.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including branch managers, sales personnel, and other departments, to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the same industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
