Data Extraction Specialist

We help enterprises extract publicly available web data at scale - making it easier to access and leverage the data they need without writing a single line of code. Our no-code solution allows users to train robots in minutes to scrape, monitor, and automate data extraction from any website, handling billions of data records reliably and securely.

We enable companies to transform websites into real-time data pipelines within minutes, seamlessly integrating with over 7,000 applications through our powerful integrations.

About The Role

This role focuses on delivering high-quality data extraction and custom report building for premium customers. You'll be working closely with our Customer Success organization to ensure efficient delivery of mission-critical data at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Managed Services team to deliver projects for managed clients, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Develop expertise in automation workflows, data extraction, and customization using our robots.
  • Utilize Regex, XPath, and JQ for data scraping, manipulation, and formatting.
  • Work with automation tools such as Zapier and N8N to process data and create end-to-end workflows for data extraction, integration, and delivery.
  • Perform extensive quality assurance testing to ensure robots function properly prior to client delivery.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience with HTML or another programming language.
  • Experience with JavaScript and JQ.
  • Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
  • High proficiency in English both spoken and written.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to meet ongoing deadlines.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Regex and XPath.
  • Prior experience with web scraping tools.
  • Previous front-end web development experience.
  • Experience with project management software.
