At Property Company Of Friends, Inc., we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delivering outstanding results. Our sales team is the backbone of our organization, and we are seeking a talented Sales Training and Accreditation Manager to join our ranks.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Development
    • Develop and implement effective sales training programs, focusing on agent development and growth.
    • Conduct regular training sessions on key topics, including BOP, EXPO, and Docs (Trinity).
    • Improve existing training modules based on feedback from the sales team, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
    • Source subject matter experts to conduct advanced salesmanship trainings, promoting excellence in sales techniques.
    • Establish deputized trainers for every network, ensuring consistency and quality in training delivery.
  • Accreditation Support
    • Assist in creating efficient and smooth seller's journey tools and programs, streamlining the accreditation process.
    • Monitor the status of agents due for accreditation and requirement submission, minimizing delays and issues.
    • Prepare necessary reports relative to agent accreditation, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Economics or any other related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including above-average knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.
  • 3-5 years experience in Real Estate Sales Training/Sales Development role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to learn and grow with the organization.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborative team player, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Good presentation skills, able to present information confidently and effectively.
