We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing specific client deliverable tasks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general accounting activities
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close procedures
  • Perform regular reconciliations
  • Oversee employee expense reporting
  • Prepare and post general ledger entries
  • Compute and support direct and indirect tax calculations

Requirements:

  • Accounting Qualification (or equivalent)
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting terminology
  • Solid foundation in accounting principles, regulatory requirements, risk management
  • 2 to 4 years accounting operations experience, preferably experience in accounting services
  • Significant skills in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and financial analysis tools
  • Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to resolve misunderstandings
  • Excellent consultative abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with varying levels of customers and partners
