About the Role

This Recruiting Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage recruiting calendars and appointments to ensure seamless coordination with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate applicant interviews with precision, using tools like Google Calendar and Greenhouse.
  • Help maintain job boards and collaborate with our sourcing team to identify top talent.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) prescribed by recruiting leads, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software will be essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record as a Recruiting Coordinator, Scheduler, P.A, or similar role with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Highly proficient in scheduling meetings and/or interviews on Google Calendar, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality are crucial for maintaining the trust of our clients and candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred), with advanced English language skills and local language proficiency in Asian countries where we recruit engineers.
