Senior Paid Media Campaign Manager Job Description

This is a hands-on role focused on managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, with an emphasis on Australian market clients.

  • Manage and optimize daily campaign performance to achieve optimal results.
  • Monitor ad budgets to ensure proper pacing and performance.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute daily campaign strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with the Performance Director to align account strategy with business objectives.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on paid media campaign performance.
  4. Support A/B testing efforts and contribute to experimentation strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  5. Communicate regularly with clients to provide performance updates and insights.
  6. Share learnings and best practices internally to support team growth.
Requirements:
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads and Meta).
  • Proven experience running paid ad campaigns for Australian clients.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Results-driven approach to campaign management.
