Job Title: Executive Researcher

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong English language skills, as well as proficiency in other languages such as German, Spanish, and Asian languages.

This is a critical role that requires the ability to multitask, work remotely, and possess experience working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate healthcare organizations to identify relevant contacts for research participation.
  • Schedule interviews with healthcare professionals via phone, email or other outreach channels.
  • Conduct phone interviews with executives, directors and industry experts to assess healthcare technologies and services.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across hospitals, clinics and payer organizations.
  • Guide providers through data, including website tours, demos and critical report reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of research processes.
  • Support additional duties as assigned to meet evolving project needs.

Experience Requirements:

  • 4+ years in roles involving direct engagement with executive-level clients.
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and lead project outcomes.
  • 2+ years in account management or similar collaborative roles.
  • Experience in designing processes and tracking performance metrics.
