Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Video Editor to create engaging video presentations that showcase properties in a cinematic and visually appealing way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit real estate video content using advanced editing techniques, combining ground footage, drone shots, and music to highlight property features with a cinematic edge.
  • Structure video narratives that meet the aesthetic expectations of modern real estate buyers and align with brand guidelines and listing goals.
  • Deliver high-quality video content within tight deadlines while maintaining consistent visual and brand quality.
  • Organize and sync raw media from multiple camera sources, ensuring color consistency, clean transitions, and audio clarity.
  • Collaborate with producers and clients to implement feedback quickly and accurately.
  • Export and optimize videos for MLS platforms, YouTube, and Instagram, tailoring resolutions and formats for various marketing channels.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5.5+ years of advanced editing experience with Final Cut Pro X, including multi-cam workflows, transitions, stabilization, and color grading.
  • Proven experience editing videos for real estate listings, including familiarity with drone integration and walkthrough formats.
  • Strong design and composition sense, especially in showcasing architectural features, interior lighting, and exterior landscaping.
  • Ability to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround while maintaining consistent visual and brand quality.
  • Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
