- Provide direction and coaching to the social team to ensure high-quality output.
- Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing across various social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns, tracking performance and results.
- Maintain brand voice and deliver quality engagement across channels.
- Proven leadership experience in social media management (3+ years).
- Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Creative and strategic thinking skills with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
- Ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.
