Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Professional to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our online presence through various digital channels.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Core, Engage, and Align websites using advanced WordPress skills
  • Optimize digital presence through SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, display networks, and other relevant platforms to support recruitment and brand awareness goals
  • Create or adapt campaign graphics using Canva, ensuring assets are visually effective and brand-aligned
  • Own and maintain marketing automation tools including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Definitive Healthcare
  • Segment and manage audiences for personalized outreach campaigns

Required Qualifications
  • At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in digital marketing
  • A stable employment history is required
  • Advanced skills in WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics/Search Console, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads are necessary
  • Strong copywriting skills and experience with email marketing platforms are essential
