Mobile Platform Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mobile Platform Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and launching mobile platforms for our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and meeting quality standards.
About the Role:As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will manage deployments, execute platform updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building client mobile platforms following established guidelines and best practices.
- Executing branded app deployments, including testing and implementing updates.
- Performing QA checks to ensure platform accuracy and functionality.
- Logging work and updates in internal tracking systems.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working with technical or SaaS products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with web builders (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
