Influencer Campaign Specialist

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This involves managing relationships with creators, brand partners, and ensuring smooth campaign execution from start to finish.
This role is instrumental in maintaining the brand's authentic voice and expanding its reach within the health-conscious consumer market.
Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and negotiation through execution and post-campaign follow-up.
- Track campaign performance and maintain accurate reporting systems for influencer content and collaborations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, or marketing coordination roles.
- Prior experience working within DTC or CPG marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with creators, agencies, or influencer platforms (e.g., Grin, AspireIQ).
- Proficiency with organizational and reporting tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, and Airtable.
This position offers a remote work setup with a quiet workspace requirement.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.
Compensation is $7 per hour.
