Growth Marketing Specialist

This role involves developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to expand our reach into new markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, preferably with a focus on direct response campaign measurement across various channels.
Main Responsibilities- Launch and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms, including television, radio, podcasts, influencer partnerships, digital billboards, social media, and voice-activated advertising.
- Continuously test new marketing strategies, analyze data to refine approaches, and develop innovative growth-focused marketing plans.
- Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking while managing budgets and measuring return on investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business objectives and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement.
- Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
- A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly and excellent communication and leadership skills.
