Strategic Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of our operations team, responsible for evaluating and analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement. This strategic role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and analyze business operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and track performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to inform decision-making.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis on projects and initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
- Partner with leadership to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. Key qualifications include:
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven ability to improve business processes and identify operational inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
- Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools.
