Job Summary

Sustainable Engineering Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email and chat
  • Answer customer inquiries with the highest level of quality and service
  • Perform controller/device selection or cross-reference based on technical data and system applications
  • Create visual guides for troubleshooting or installation such as technical drawings, work-instructions, or troubleshooting guides
  • Document customer interactions for proper review and report
  • Program Copeland Controllers using reference documents
  • E2 and E3 Controllers - new applications or retrofits
  • XWEB Controllers
  • System integration of Copeland Controllers or Third-party controllers using communication protocols such as ModBUS or BACnet
  • Conduct remote commissioning via phone on start-up sites to ensure all systems are working correctly
  • Creation of custom graphical screens using standard tools and templates
  • Troubleshooting and technical assistance of temperature monitoring products for foodservice application
