Financial Leadership Opportunity

This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can develop and implement visionary financial systems that drive innovation in education.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting comprehensive financial architectures, streamlining processes, and optimizing system performance.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing a cutting-edge financial infrastructure that fuels the growth of multiple educational businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic financial framework that drives business growth and scalability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting.
  • Manage and optimize ERP platforms in multi-entity organizational structures.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to inform expansion strategies and budget frameworks.

Requirements:

  1. Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA).
  2. Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience with demonstrable advancement.
  3. Proven track record in executive finance leadership with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions.
  4. Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effective executive-level engagement.
  5. Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones.

Nice-to-have Requirements:

  • Knowledge of U.S. K-12 education frameworks (private schools, charter systems, ESA programs).
  • Track record of developing finance automation solutions or AI-enhanced workflows.
