Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively research and identify potential influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, focusing on trend-savvy creators aligned with our brand values
  • Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including outreach, onboarding, brief creation, content coordination, and performance tracking
  • Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and meet business objectives
  • Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to inform optimization strategies
  • Maintain and grow a database of high-performing influencers and audience insights to inform future marketing efforts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support product launches and brand initiatives
  • Prepare regular reports on influencer campaign ROI and performance metrics to inform business decisions

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a similar digital marketing role
  • Strong English communication and copywriting skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, engagement metrics, and content trends
  • Familiarity with the industry and willingness to learn about emerging trends and technologies
