We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Professional to spearhead our online presence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional content creation skills, with a focus on writing compelling industry-specific content for LinkedIn and Instagram.

This role involves conceptualizing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement and growth. You will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, tracking key performance indicators, and adjusting tactics accordingly. Collaboration with the team to align messaging with brand objectives is essential.

  • Crafting high-quality industry-specific content for LinkedIn and Instagram, with a strong understanding of real estate/construction tone and audience.
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Monitoring performance metrics, tracking key performance indicators, and adjusting tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborating with the team to align messaging with brand objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining efficient systems using Airtable or similar tools for content planning and management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for real estate/construction audiences.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and original content.
  • Knowledge of the construction and/or multifamily housing industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and community engagement.
  • Experience using and customizing Airtable or similar tools for content planning and management.
