Job Description

Lead Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Prepare and coordinate annual company rolling forecasts for headcount, capital expenses, and operational expenses.
  • Review performance against forecasts and prepare variations, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance monthly.

Ensure Financial Processes Adherence

  • Negotiate and agree on vendor contracts.
  • Facilitate purchase order processes, capitalization processes, and general ledger coding.

Support Annual Financial Audit

  • Assist with the annual financial audit for projects and technology operational expenses.

Prepare Financial Reports

  • Prepare month-end accruals, journal transfers, project capitalization, and project contractors reallocation reports.

Maintain Project Portfolio Management

  • Capture and maintain people and project-related information in the project portfolio management workbook.

Provide Year-to-Date Project Spend Analysis

  • Provide year-to-date project spend analysis, including benefits realization, for monthly meetings with the onshore team.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Information Technology.
  • At least 2-4 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Must have Project Management Qualification.
  • Must have experience with the financials of a technology company.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude.
  • Keen attention to details.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
