Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the completion of engineering projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning: Define project purpose and scope, calculate resources required, ensure standards and protocols, and allocate resources.
  2. Design Management: Evaluate and implement all possible design changes during the construction phase and their probable impact on the schedule.
  3. Site Monitoring: Monitor site engineers' construction productivity concerning each scope of work and ensure sufficient resources to meet the project targets.
  4. Problem-Solving: Anticipate possible problems based on site conditions and project parameters that will impact the construction and coordinates with the project manager to establish a solution.
  5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
  6. Procurement: Check, review, and verify Purchase Requests for materials and equipment prepared by subordinates before having them checked by the Project Manager.

Requirements

  1. A Graduate of Civil Engineering or any related Engineering Course.
  2. Knowledgeable in Risk Management, Cost Estimations or Engineering, Planning, Scheduling.
  3. Basic or Functional Knowledge in Accounting, Auditing, and Finance.
  4. Computer Literate and familiarity with MS Office App, AutoCad, and other software and systems related to engineering.
  5. Preferably with PRC License.
  6. At least 5 years of experience in the same field.
  7. Willing to be assigned at Sucat, Parañaque.
