Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Site Management: Manage construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial construction management role, with a minimum of 5 years in a real estate and property development or construction company.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Civil Engineer and any other relevant certifications.
