We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing sales organization.

BDRs are assigned to a specific geographic territory and are responsible for lead generation & qualification to drive new business and expand existing business by conducting outreach into companies across the US.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting, nurturing and identifying qualified opportunities to bolster the sales pipeline
  • Managing and creating outbound campaigns, identifying key decision-makers, and conducting initial sales conversations to generate interest
  • Acquiring an in-depth knowledge of customer profiles and personas to drive meaningful conversations, and effectively qualifying each prospect
  • Conducting research on potential leads through digital resources; evaluating potential accounts, and identifying key players aligned with ongoing marketing and sales campaigns
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize new and strategically significant expansion opportunities
  • Creating personalized emails to engage prospects & accounts
  • Utilizing social selling techniques to expand the network and open up new opportunities
  • Treating inbound inquiries with a sense of urgency and ensuring they receive appropriate support
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle rejection professionally
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively research potential customers and identify opportunities for sales
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
