At Filinvest Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness Manager to join our Recreation Department. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $40,000 to $60,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Safety and Risk Management: Ensure the safety of guests and visitors by maintaining a clean and secure fitness center environment.
  2. Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead a team of fitness instructors to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve business objectives.
  3. Communication: Liaise with inter-facing departments, such as Laundry, Housekeeping, and Engineering, to provide seamless guest service.
  4. Reporting and Maintenance: Report repairs and maintenance problems to supervisors and ensure timely resolution.
  5. Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the department through regular meetings and coordination with team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related field (preferable)
