Job Overview

As a valued member of the Filinvest Group team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our gym guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the cleanliness, setup, and safety of the fitness center, maintaining a high standard of quality to meet the expectations of our guests.
  2. Provide exceptional guest service by attending to all needs within the Recreation Department, fostering a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.
Performance Indicators

The success of this role is measured by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), including:

  1. Financial Performance: Ensure that tasks are executed as directed by the Manager to achieve business goals.
  2. Guest Satisfaction: Liaise with inter-facing departments such as Laundry, Housekeeping, and Engineering to provide seamless guest service.
  3. Reporting and Maintenance: Report any repairs and maintenance problems to the supervisor promptly.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate and meet with team members to enhance communication within the department.
