Unlocking Finance Automation Opportunities

We're looking for a talented Finance Systems Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key player in our financial systems optimization efforts, you'll be responsible for automating critical business processes and workflows.

This is an exciting techno-functional role that requires a deep understanding of both technical and business processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions, analyze system issues, and partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with integration and automation teams to automate key financial processes and workflows.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and propose solutions that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  • Deep dive into system processes to understand, document, and propose optimizations.

  • Work with integration APIs to build and manage automated data flows between systems.

  • Research and analyze available market AI solutions to identify opportunities and propose solutions that can benefit the organization.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

    • 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, customizing, developing, and integrating enterprise applications or SaaS software (e.g., ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing).

    • Good functional and configuration-level understanding of one or more areas including but not limited to ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing, etc.

    • Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, and data mapping concepts.

    • Candidates must have experience in scripting and development using NetSuite.

    • Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP) is essential.

    • Proven ability to perform research and analysis on new technologies, including AI solutions.

    • Knowledge of automation tools such as UiPath or RPA platforms is a bonus.

    • Experience with system integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo) is a plus.

    • Proven ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.

    • Document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.

    • Must be customer-centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.

    • Must be a self-starter, deal with ambiguity, and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.

    • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.

    • Can Do and Open to Learn Attitude Required.
