We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Nezda Technologies, Inc. in Cebu City.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries and concerns, and contribute to the overall success of our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers about our products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Senior High School - College Graduate.
- Without or 6 months to 1-4 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Sales background is preferred but not required.
- Healthcare background is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- A competitive salary package ranging from 23,000 to 30,000 Philippine Pesos per month.
