Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Consolidation of Financial Statements:
  • Manage the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities and regions in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Ensure accurate intercompany eliminations and reconciliations.
  • Oversee the timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation reports.
Strategic Advisory:
  • Provide strategic insights and financial guidance to senior management to drive profitability and growth.
  • Analyze business trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Experience in multi-entry, multi-regional organization is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge in accounting standards such as PFRS and IFRS.
  • Proficient in financial management systems (e.g., SAP, BPC, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar).
