The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of facilities operations at Innoland Development Corporation. This includes developing, recommending, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective facility operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with property management teams, department heads, and suppliers to implement systems and facilities improvement working guidelines.
  • Monitor and inventory assets, ensuring compliance with building restrictions and specifications.
  • Check for compliance with building standards and procure necessary permits and licenses.
  • Supervise physical occupation by tenants, including administering building works conditions prior to commencement.
  • Provide instructions on service call attendance to requesting tenants/unit owners, ensuring response within 24 hours or a reasonable timeframe.
Requirements:
  • Registered Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Electronics Engineer with four years of related experience in technical functions.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Good organizational, time management, interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
