Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled warehouse associate who can handle the safe operation of forklifts and other material-handling equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, transporting raw materials, finished goods, and supplies between warehouse, production, and staging areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets while ensuring proper stacking and securing of materials.
  • Transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies between warehouse, production, and staging areas.
  • Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any issues or malfunctions to the immediate supervisor.
  • Assist in inventory management by ensuring accurate placement and retrieval of items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and storage areas.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
  • Support the warehouse and logistics team in other related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Vocational or TESDA certification in forklift operation is an advantage.
  • Licensed/certified forklift operator (valid NCII or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of safe material-handling procedures and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to perform basic equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
