Job Overview

As a senior financial professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our organization's financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation, examination, and analysis of financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
  • Lead day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning strategies.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax returns and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial mismanagement.
  • Assist with internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to leadership on matters related to business development and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience as a senior accountant or in a similar financial leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency with advanced accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel) and ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems independently.
