Job Title: Financial Management Specialist
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
