Job Description

This role involves identifying and engaging prospective tenants through various marketing efforts, including email campaigns and cold calls. The successful candidate will also be responsible for drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements, as well as building strong relationships with existing tenants.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Leasing Associate will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants. This may involve preparing market analysis reports and presenting findings to management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a related field. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask, are essential. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
