Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. This role will support the deployment, management, and reporting of marketing programs within Marketo and Salesforce.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage campaign workflows and data flows.
  • Prepare and import lists into the Marketing Automation Platform without errors.
  • Develop and deploy webinars in Marketo and RingCentral Webinar.
  • Test emails, pages, and data as needed and on time.
  • Design and send emails and campaigns as needed and on time.
  • Analyze and report on campaign results: Registrations, Attendance, Clicks, Visits.
  • Maintain data accuracy and make necessary corrections.
  • Manage personal task list to launch campaigns on time and according to specifications.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, or similar tools.
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Understanding of database concepts.
  • Email marketing campaign experience or program development.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong time management and personal management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, formulas, and list management tools.
  • Strong user of MS Office.
  • Learns quickly and asks questions.
  • B.A. degree in a business or engineering related discipline.
