Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring timely acquisitions and dispositions. This position will allow our company to maintain its strong track record of growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process acquisitions efficiently to get properties on the market quickly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as a dedicated representative throughout the settlement process.
  • Review and enter contracts/settlement statements, ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM system.
  • Maintain strong relationships with title companies to ensure timely settlements.
  • Assist with property marketing, including professional photos, online listings, and staging.
  • Collaborate with the construction department to ensure projects are completed prior to listing.
  • Contribute to expanding our presence in new geographic markets.
About You:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
  • High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
