Drive Business Growth as a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

  • This strategic role involves designing, analyzing, and administering robust sales compensation programs to support organizational growth and reward excellence in high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately calculate, review, and process commission payments, collaborating with Finance, Sales Leadership, and HR for timely and transparent results.
  • Administer and analyze sales compensation and commission programs to ensure alignment with business strategy, compliance, and motivational effectiveness.
  • Serve as the operational expert on all matters related to sales compensation, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding incentive plans and commission calculations.
  • Support the development, communication, and rollout of new sales incentive plans and commission structures, including documentation, testing, training, and self-serve calculators for stakeholders.
  • Model, simulate, and forecast plan changes to assess impact, prepare reports for Executive Leadership, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales compensation, commissions processing, incentive plan administration, and/or sales/revenue operations in a SaaS/tech environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and strong analytical, data modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience administering and configuring sales compensation management software is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of sales compensation best practices, quota assignment, and SaaS revenue models is required.
  • Exposure to global compensation practices and a deep focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity are essential.
