Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Risk Analyst to monitor and investigate credit card processing activities, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with card brand rules.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and investigate Heroes' credit card processing activities using internal and external risk monitoring tools.
  • Answer inquiries with regards to Risk Management & disputes via email & chat support.
  • Complete Risk Assessments & Reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with card brand rules as well as mitigate fraud & credit risk.
  • Review and understand documentation provided.
  • Perform other ad-hoc risk related duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 2+ years in payments risk industry.
  • A self-starter with detective-ish streak and hunger for answers.
  • High attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Comfortable making decisions with large monetary implications in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who believes in collaboration.
