Key Responsibilities

As a Showroom Officer with Blims Lifestyle Group Inc., you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and Assisting Customers: Provide a warm welcome to customers as they enter the showroom, offering information about products and services.
  • Addressing Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and offer assistance in product selection.
  • Ensuring a Clean and Organized Showroom: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom at all times.
  • Monitoring Inventory: Track showroom inventory, assisting with stock replenishment as needed.
  • Reporting Discrepancies: Report any discrepancies or shortages in inventory to the relevant departments.
  • Supporting Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the sales process, including processing orders and coordinating product deliveries.
  • Providing After-Sales Support: Assist customers with completing purchase transactions and provide after-sales support.
