Key Responsibilities

As a Showroom Officer at Blims Lifestyle Group Inc., you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the showroom, providing information about products and services.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and offering assistance in product selection.
  • Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Monitoring and tracking showroom inventory, assisting with stock replenishment as needed.
  • Reporting any discrepancies or shortages in inventory to the relevant departments.
  • Supporting showroom promotional activities and events to attract and engage customers.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to facilitate the sales process, including processing orders and coordinating product deliveries.
  • Assisting customers with completing purchase transactions and providing after-sales support.
Requirements

  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide demonstrations.
