Responsibilities
  • Record revenue transactions accurately in QuickBooks online, maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
  • Perform monthly closing processes, verifying all transactions are accurately posted and necessary adjustments are made.
  • Create financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Manage statutory audits and support consolidated audit efforts.
  • Maintain control requirements, including chart of accounts use and maintenance, and recording of assigned processes.
  • Partner with other departments to provide accurate financial information and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making activities.
