Job Description:

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will lead a team in delivering Risk Management initiatives. Your key responsibilities include developing automated control testing solutions, maintaining reports in Power BI and other tools, providing training and support, resolving platform and data errors, tracking usage and measuring KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated control testing End User Computing Solutions (EUCS) to ensure designed tools are compliant with the EUCS Standard.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports in delivering Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and risk and control initiatives.
  • Oversee the resolution of platform and data errors, tracking usage, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), handling ad-hoc reporting requests, creating effective written procedures and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, and / or any relevant field with Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Data Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to review patterns in large data sets.
  • Experience in business intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience with reporting / query tools (SQL, SSRS, Query, MS Access or similar).
  • Experience with Python.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to identify and articulate risk and impact to the business and challenge the status quo for the right reasons.
  • Highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Independently motivated to find new ways to address issues, confront barriers and seek out information for the benefit of the business.
  • Ability and confidence to ask pertinent questions and adjust thinking when new facts are found.
