GenAI Product Manager

Job Summary:

As a seasoned GenAI Product Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering end-to-end GenAI solutions that drive tangible business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where GenAI can create genuine impact, architect comprehensive solution designs, and provide strategic direction to our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver technical products or solutions (e.g. software applications, data products, AI systems)
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping tools to create proof-of-concepts or prototypes
  • Strong GenAI technical understanding: Proficiency in prompt engineering, knowledge of GenAI capabilities and limitations
  • Software systems knowledge: Understanding of APIs, frontend/backend architecture, data flows, and integration approaches
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills: Can you conceptualize end-to-end solutions that combine GenAI with traditional software components?
  • Business acumen: You need a strong understanding of various business functions, processes, and metrics to effectively identify and prioritize GenAI opportunities that deliver measurable impact.
  • Adaptive communication skills: You'll need to tailor your communication approach based on audience, context, and project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical product management, AI implementation, software development, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of technical products or solutions
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping tools
  • Strong GenAI technical understanding
  • Software systems knowledge
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Business acumen
  • Adaptive communication skills
