Main purpose of the job

We seek skilled and knowledgeable customer service experts with exceptional communication skills to join our team. We are building a team of passionate, flexible, and competitive experts to help launch a new campaign. Individuals who genuinely care about customers' experiences and are willing to partner with clients to drive business growth are ideal candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create positive customer experiences by providing personalized support.
  • Deliver outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build customer loyalty through effective account management and recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed Customer Care teams' KPIs and targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and chat platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Internal application requires previous non-voice experience.
  • No attendance issues.
  • Passing last 3 month's scorecard.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • Flexibility to support campaign launch.
