Job Description
Main purpose of the jobWe seek skilled and knowledgeable customer service experts with exceptional communication skills to join our team. We are building a team of passionate, flexible, and competitive experts to help launch a new campaign. Individuals who genuinely care about customers' experiences and are willing to partner with clients to drive business growth are ideal candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Create positive customer experiences by providing personalized support.
- Deliver outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build customer loyalty through effective account management and recommendations.
- Meet and exceed Customer Care teams' KPIs and targets.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat platforms.
- Internal application requires previous non-voice experience.
- No attendance issues.
- Passing last 3 month's scorecard.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Flexibility to support campaign launch.
- Pure email-based task with minimal supervision.
- Work-from-home arrangement with stable internet connection.
- Final interview with clients.
- Ongoing training and feedback opportunities.
