We're looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Software Tester, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

">The Role

You'll be responsible for thoroughly testing end-products, identifying and analyzing quality concerns, designing tests to ensure product quality, documenting defects and failure rates, and communicating quality metrics in test reports.

  • Experience leading teams or mentoring/coaching testers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical resources
">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in manual testing (functional, non-functional, regression)
  • Designs test cases and scripts under own direction, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting test outcomes
  • Evaluates design options and prototypes to obtain user feedback on requirements of developing systems
  • Tests usability and accessibility of components and alternative designs
  • Administers range of evaluations, recording data and feedback
  • Evaluates existing or competitor systems to provide benchmark values
