Unlock Data Insights as a Strategic Analyst

The role of Strategic Analyst is pivotal in uncovering meaningful insights from data, driving improvements in ad relevance, and guiding operational decisions.

Key responsibilities include analyzing data to identify trends, surfacing bias, and designing frameworks that enhance program performance and client outcomes. This involves developing, implementing, and maintaining program and rater performance metrics, designing and analyzing experiments, building dashboards and reports, and collaborating closely with linguists, program managers, and clients.

As a Strategic Analyst, you will have opportunities to apply predictive modeling, NLP, and bias detection algorithms using Python, SQL, and statistical modeling. You will also manage and explore datasets ranging from structured spreadsheets/CSVs to larger-scale rater outputs.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R, as well as applied expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design. Experience working with moderate-to-large datasets and familiarity with BI/visualization tools are also essential. Strong collaboration skills and excellent ability to communicate insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations are highly valued.
