Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy across multiple handles. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multi-brand or multi-handle social media, with a passion for American pop culture and trend-hopping.


This role is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive social media program that drives engagement, grows audiences, and meets business objectives. The successful candidate will be able to translate business priorities into platform-specific plans, establish brand voice and tone guidelines, and partner with internal/external teams to execute high-quality content.


The Social Media Manager will own the development of an editorial calendar, content pipeline, and scheduling cadence, ensuring consistent and timely posting across all handles. They will also lead daily community management, track U.S. pop culture trends, and report on growth, reach, engagement, and traffic/leads.



Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in managing multi-brand or multi-handle social media.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to create compelling hooks, captions, and threads.
  • Comfortable ghostwriting and shaping a CEO's voice.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in digital health, skin care/dermatology, or beauty/wellness industries is a plus.
